Looking for a rewarding opportunity in real estate? Join our team as a Remote Leasing Agent and help renters find their perfect home! While most of your tasks can be done from home, you must be available for in-person property tours when needed.
Responsibilities: ? Respond to inquiries and provide property information. ? Schedule and conduct on-site property tours. ? Guide potential tenants through the leasing process. ? Maintain communication with property management.
Requirements: ? Excellent communication and customer service skills. ? Reliable transportation for in-person tours. ? Ability to work independently and meet goals. ? Prior experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Compensation & Additional Details:
? Commission-based role (no base salary).
? Travel expenses are not covered.
? If relocating to Boston, rent or relocation expenses are not provided.
