Responsibilities: ? Respond to inquiries and provide information about available rentals. ? Schedule and conduct on-site property showings. ? Assist renters through the application and leasing process. ? Communicate effectively with tenants and property management.
Qualifications: ? Strong communication and customer service skills. ? Reliable transportation for in-person tours. ? Ability to work independently and meet goals. ? Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Important Details:
? Commission-based role with no base salary.
? Travel expenses are not reimbursed.
? If relocating to Boston, rent and relocation expenses are not covered.
