Are you an experienced F&B Director with a background in managing large-scale cruise ship operations? Here?s a fantastic opportunity to apply your skills in Egypt, overseeing a vast operation with 1,500 rooms and 25 F&B outlets across multiple restaurants, bars, lounges, and event spaces.

Role Overview:
? Lead and coordinate daily operations across 25 F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service and high standards across all venues
? Manage a large team and liaise with various departments to enhance guest experiences
? Implement innovative strategies for operational efficiency, cost control, and quality service
? Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all outlets

Ideal Candidate:
? Significant experience managing large cruise ship operations
? Proven leadership and organisational skills in high-volume F&B operations
? A strong background in coordinating diverse teams across multiple service environments
? Available to relocate to Egypt (single or married status, no children)

Salary: US$96,000 net+ (negotiable)
Start Date: January 2025
