We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team and lead our therapeutic services with expertise and compassion.

Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. ? Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff. ? Deliver direct ABA therapy and monitor client progress. ? Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and effective treatment. ? Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjust interventions as needed. ? Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on ABA strategies. ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation.

Qualifications: ? Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. ? At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy. ? Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills. ? Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

Compensation and Benefits:
? Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience)
