Compensation: $45.00hr.-$50.00hr.
Contract: 2 to 4 months
Remote/Hybrid- Flexible part-time schedule

We are seeking a Temporary CPA with experience in HOA accounting to assist our team with financial reporting, audits, and compliance needs during a busy period. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented CPA familiar with HOA financial operations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities: ? Review HOA financial statements, budgets, and reports in compliance with state regulations and association bylaws. ? Verifying accuracy and compliance in financial reporting ? Assist with research and reviewing audits and ensure financial transparency for board members and homeowners. ? Provide tax preparation and filing support, ensuring compliance with federal and state tax laws. ? Work closely with property managers, HOA boards, and stakeholders to address financial inquiries. ? Review and optimize internal controls and financial procedures.

Qualifications: ? Active CPA license required. ? HOA accounting experience is a plus or relevant property management financial experience. ? Strong knowledge of GAAP, HOA financial regulations, and tax compliance. ? Proficiency in HOA accounting software ? Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. ? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
