This is a unique opportunity to join Apple and be a part of our support team. As an Apple Support College Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing world-class customer service and technical support for our popular products.

Key Responsibilities: ? Provide excellent customer service and troubleshoot technical issues with creativity and passion. ? Use technical expertise and documented troubleshooting flows to meet customer needs. ? Remind customers that behind our great products are amazing people.

Requirements: ? Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or any other tech-related major. ? Available for five weeks of full-time paid training on a set schedule totaling 40 hours a week. ? Able to flex up or down in weekly hours when school is not in session, based on business needs. ? Able to meet minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers.
