Social Media/ Sales Consultant

We are expanding and seeking an 3 additional housing consultants to add the #1 team in the nation.

Responsibilities: ? Present and sell customer manufactured homes from our model center

.? Prospect and contact potential customers ? Answer phone calls from prospects and follow up on internet leads ? Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline ? Resolve customer inquiries and information request ? Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments of the construction of their homes. ? Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

? 8 hour shift
? Weekends as needed

Education:
? High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
? Social Media Management: 1 year (Preferred)
? Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
