? Provide an outstanding Guest experience.
? Model and uphold operational and quality standards, holding Team Members accountable.
? Identify the root causes of issues with a focus on self-reflection and accountability.
? Encourage open communication between Team Members and Management.
? Champion change and restaurant initiatives to influence Team Member behaviors.
? Lead with empathy and decisiveness.
? Drive business success by effectively managing costs with our systems.
? Utilize operational systems, including our Manager Timeline and quality Line Checks.
? Recruit, train, and develop Team Members for advanced roles.
? Boost Guest engagement and build community relationships within the restaurant.
? Ensure safe food handling practices are followed.
? Live and communicate Chili's culture and values: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant.
