Key Responsibilities
Manage email, appointments and calendars for officers and team members.
Handle customer inquiry and provide assistance through email and chat.
Arrange digital files and maintain the company's records.
Assist with data entry, research and administrative functions.
Coordinate virtual meetings and prepare a report.
Follow other duties required to support professional operations.

Skills and qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication capabilities.
