Our Opportunity:

Oversee real estate and development strategy for new markets, which includes site selection, market planning, and relationships with developing franchisees.

Responsibilities: ? Develop a network of commercial real estate brokers and manage site selection for new store developments. ? Evaluates and screens sites proposed by Developers, Real Estate Agents, Landowners and other sources. ? Work in conjunction with the broader Development team to develop market development plans including identification of key markets and trade areas. ? Work with Franchisees to package and present prospective development sites to Real Estate Committee for review and approval of new developments and relocation opportunities. ? Facilitates franchisees with Letters of Intent (LOI) and Lease Agreements for new restaurants, and replacement opportunities in conjunction with the Legal Team ? Presentations to the Head of Development and TH US Leadership Team of sites meeting economic feasibility. ? Ability to build strong working relationships with other critical departments outside development including Franchisees, Design, Construction, Operations, and Finance.

Required Skills:
? University undergraduate degree, or higher
? Minimum 5+ years Commercial Real Estate or Development experience
? Strong analytical background & proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
? Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
? Possess a working understanding of real estate finance
? Understanding of the development process and thorough understanding of lease documentation
? Available to travel, as needed
