Job Responsibilities: ? Provide outstanding customer service to ensure everyone who walks through our door feels welcomed and valued ? Book appointments and manage the salon?s calendar effectively ? Managing inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette ? Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner ? Utilize our POS system accurately to check in and out clients, collect payments, document client information, manage appointments, and manage memberships ? Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions

Job Requirements: ? Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience ? Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages ? Excellent client service skills ? Professional appearance and demeanor ? Ability to work well in a team setting ? A positive, and uplifting attitude is a must ? Ability to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment ? Excellent communication abilities verbally, over the phone, and in messaging ? Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
