job summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will operate precision manufacturing equipment, uphold high-quality standards, and ensure the smooth production of carbon fiber composites. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment efficiently, following operational procedures and quality standards. Inspect products for defects and deviations, ensuring every component meets specifications. Identify and escalate issues or abnormalities to the Lead Technician for prompt resolution. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and production guidelines.

qualifications: ? up to 35 lbs. (medium lifting) skills: ? Inspect quality and defects of products ? Use measurement devices such as calipers & micrometers ? Assemble products according to specifications dress code: Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
