Working Hours

Responsibilities

1. Provide expert advice and support to customers regarding Apple products and services.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Apple devices.

3. Educate customers on the features and benefits of Apple products.

4. Assist customers with product setup and configuration.

5. Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products and services.

7. Document customer interactions and technical issues.

8. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
