Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with real-time assistance, answering their queries, and offering solutions to their waterproofing needs through our online chat platform.

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
Responsibilities
? Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat.
? Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
? Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
? Guide customers through the purchasing process, if necessary.
? Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the best customer support.
? Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experience.

Qualifications
? Excellent written communication skills.

Experience

0-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our company.
