We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who specializes in both traditional and digital advertising, public relations, and experiential marketing to enhance our brand presence, attract new patients, and elevate our reputation in the luxury aesthetics space.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, and retention. This role requires expertise in traditional and digital advertising, social media management, public relations, and experiential marketing to position our practice as a leader in the aesthetics and medical spa industry.
The ideal candidate is a creative strategist with a deep understanding of the luxury beauty and aesthetics market, experienced in paid and organic marketing, PR campaigns, and high-end event marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital & Traditional Advertising:
? Develop and manage multi-channel advertising campaigns, integrating digital (social media, PPC, Google Ads) and traditional media (print, radio, and outdoor advertising).
? Optimize paid search, display advertising, and social media ad strategies to generate qualified leads and conversions.
? Oversee direct mail and high-end print marketing efforts targeting affluent clientele.
? Collaborate with creative teams to develop eye-catching marketing assets for campaigns.
2. Social Media & Content Strategy:
? Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X), ensuring consistent brand voice and luxury positioning.
? Develop engaging content calendars that include before-and-after transformations, patient testimonials, live Q&As, doctor features, treatment spotlights, and influencer collaborations.
? Utilize social media analytics tools to optimize content and ad performance.
? Stay ahead of trends in the aesthetic, beauty, and wellness industries.
3. Public Relations & Brand Reputation:
? Develop and execute a PR strategy to position our practice as a thought leader in aesthetics.
? Build and maintain relationships with beauty editors, journalists, and luxury lifestyle publications for media coverage.
? Manage press releases, feature articles, and media placements for brand awareness.
? Secure TV, podcast, and event speaking opportunities for our lead surgeon/medical director.
4. Experiential Marketing & Events:
? Plan and execute high-end experiential marketing campaigns such as exclusive VIP events, launch parties, influencer experiences, and patient appreciation events.
? Organize and manage brand activations at industry conferences, beauty expos, and elite social gatherings.
? Develop partnerships with luxury brands for co-branded marketing opportunities.
5. Influencer & Community Engagement:
? Identify and collaborate with beauty influencers, medical aesthetics bloggers, and high-profile patients to increase brand reach.
? Develop a brand ambassador program to encourage word-of-mouth referrals and patient advocacy.
? Manage online reputation and review sites (Google Reviews, RealSelf, Yelp, and social media mentions).
6. Website & SEO Optimization:
? Manage website updates, ensuring a seamless luxury user experience with optimized landing pages, lead capture tools, and SEO-friendly content.
? Implement local SEO strategies to dominate search rankings in the plastic surgery and medical spa industry.
? Track and analyze website performance, conversion rates, and online patient inquiries.
7. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing:
? Develop targeted email marketing campaigns for patient retention, treatment promotions, and educational content.
? Segment and personalize email lists for different audience types (VIP patients, new inquiries, post-treatment follow-ups).
? Leverage CRM tools to track patient leads and nurture them through the marketing funnel.
8. Performance Analytics & Reporting:
? Track KPIs, including ad ROI, engagement rates, lead conversions, website traffic, and event success metrics.
? Provide monthly marketing reports with actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
? Adjust marketing strategies based on data-driven decisions and industry trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing for plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, beauty, or luxury wellness industries.
- Strong expertise in both traditional and digital advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and print/radio campaigns.
- Proven track record in public relations, securing media placements, and managing press outreach.
- Experience in event planning, experiential marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Skilled in social media content creation, video production, and paid advertising strategy.
- Knowledge of SEO, website management, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or aesthetic-specific tools like PatientNow or TouchMD).
- Understanding of HIPAA-compliant marketing strategies.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills to create compelling patient-focused content.
- Self-motivated, creative, and highly organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects.
