Role Description
As our TikTok Content Creator, you are responsible for marketing our oral care brand on TikTok, through engaging video content.
Some responsibilities include:
? Content strategy
? Audience engagement
? Growing TikTok Shop GMV
? Increasing follower count
? Maximizing impressions and engagement
? Content creation (writing hooks, planning/filming/creating video content), 30 videos per month
? Managing branded TikTok account

? Creative, tenacious, hard-working, analytical and not afraid of challenges
? A critically-thinking problem-solver who doesn't give up when obstacles arise
? Deeply knowledgeable and experienced with TikTok growth & TikTok's algorithm
? Responsible, accountable and one who takes initiative; taking ownership of your role without being ?told what to do?
? Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in getting things done
