Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Reservationist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and booking travel arrangements for clients, offering expert advice, and providing exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, helping them to create memorable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities: ? Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget. ? Travel Planning: Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities that align with client preferences. ? Booking Management: Handle all aspects of travel bookings including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours. ? Customer Service: Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel. Address any issues or changes in travel plans promptly. ? Market Research: Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination information, and industry news to offer the best recommendations. ? Sales: Promote and upsell additional travel services and packages to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications: ? Experience in the travel industry, customer service, or sales. ? In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and travel regulations. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. ? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Education:
? High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor?s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
