Job Description

The General Warehouse Worker is responsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
? Responsible for accurately building and staging orders based on pick ticket for loading onto delivery trucks
? Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation
? Use appropriate manual or powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) to move product and materials to designated locations
? Assist with the daily housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse
? Work in the recycling room, re-work damaged product and stack empty pallets and shells
? Responsible for meeting productivity requirements

Job Requirements
? High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
? Prior warehouse experience preferred
? Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred
? Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
? Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
? Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
