Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. ? Resolve customer issues and complaints to the satisfaction of the customer. ? Provide product and service information to customers. ? Track and manage customer interactions. ? Stay up-to-date on the latest product and service information.
Qualifications: ? At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. ? Knowledge of the live chat platform. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
