Responsibilities Respond to incoming chat inquiries from clients promptly and professionally. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with efficiency and accuracy. Provide accurate and detailed information about ProMed Healthcare's services and offerings. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Educate customers on self-service options and assist with navigation of online platforms. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of ProMed Healthcare's products and services. Document all customer interactions and take necessary follow-up actions. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. Proficiency in using chat and messaging platforms. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is a plus. Professional and empathetic demeanor
