Remote Behavioral Health Therapist

Role Overview...

We are seeking dedicated and qualified therapists to join our team in a remote capacity. This position involves providing individual counseling sessions and participating in community outreach to promote our behavioral health services. Utilizing the Doxy platform, you will play a critical role in supporting clients and contributing to service enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
? Conduct individual counseling sessions remotely via the Doxy platform.
? Facilitate remote group sessions based on established models.
? Collaborate with staff to ensure clients are checked in for billing purposes.
? Review weekly productivity reports to identify and address performance gaps.
? Provide updates on performance to the Clinical Director.
? Assist in marketing and promoting services within the community.
? Availability for some evening shifts and one weekend per month, as needed.
? Attend scheduled meetings and perform additional assigned duties.

Qualifications
? Education and Experience:*
? Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
? Current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Proficient in various software programs and computer literacy.

? High-speed internet access and a designated home office space.
? Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
? Valid BLS/CPR certification.
