Key Responsibilities
? Develop and implement tailored online teaching strategies to support students with learning disabilities, ensuring an engaging and inclusive learning experience.
? Create and manage individualized education programs (IEPs) and digital learning plans that address each student's specific needs and goals.
? Deliver specialized instruction in core academic areas, adapting content to meet students where they are.
? Administer and analyze virtual assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
? Collaborate with general education teachers to design and implement appropriate accommodations and modifications for students.
? Maintain open and ongoing communication with students and their families, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.
? Participate actively in virtual staff meetings and professional learning communities, staying up-to-date on best practices in special education.

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Master's degree preferred).
? Valid teaching license with an endorsement in learning disabilities.
? Minimum of 2 years of experience working in special education.
? Proficiency in assistive technology and virtual learning platforms.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Ability to differentiate instruction in an online setting.
? Patience, creativity, and a commitment to fostering student success.
