Requirements

? Previous customer service experience is a plus.
? A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
? Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
Responsibilities

? Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
? Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
