What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Assist high net worth clients in booking travel arrangements
• Use Global Distribution System (GDS) and online travel tools to communicate with suppliers
• Ensure clients receive the best rates, benefits, and service in the market
• Implement industry-leading sales tactics to increase commissions growth
• Resolve customer complaints through excellent service and proper resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 3 years experience booking and coordinating luxury travel
• At least 3 years experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
• Adaptability, multitasking, and strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
• 5+ years experience at a luxury travel agency
• 5+ years experience booking and coordinating luxury accommodations
• 5+ years of experience with Global Distribution System (GDS)
