Job Description


Chewy is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will assist them with inquiries, order issues, and provide an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time, remote position, perfect for those who want to work from the comfort of their own home.


Requirements



  • High-speed internet connection

  • Quiet, dedicated workspace

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively


Responsibilities



  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls

  • Identify and assess customers? needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
