Key Responsibilities
? Assist in the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
? Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile balance sheets, and generate reports.
? Work extensively with Excel to analyze and manage data.
? Collaborate on ad hoc projects as needed to support the team during a period of transition.

Technology
? Currently operating on Oracle, with a planned transition to Workday in 2025.

Qualifications
? 2-5 years of accounting experience, with a solid understanding of journal entries, reconciliation, and general ledger processes.
? Experience working with Oracle is required; familiarity with Workday is a plus.
? A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
? Healthcare industry experience is a plus, though not required.
