Experience with OTDR testing

Ability to create, modify and configure DWDM/SONET services (DS3 to 100

Insight Global is looking for a Global Network Operations NOC III (3rd Shift) to provide advanced technical support and maintain network products and services. This role involves performing diagnostics, creating maintenance requests, and coordinating with the NCC and TAC to ensure network health. The candidate will work independently under minimal supervision and handle a variety of moderately difficult assignments requiring innovation and judgment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, vendor management, running network scripts, and providing technical guidance to staff. The position requires a minimum of five years in a service provider role, proficiency with SONET/DWDM configurations. This person can work remote anywhere in the United States and it is a Monday to Thursday shift, 10:30 PM to 8:30 AM CT, and flexibility is essential to support after-hours maintenance requests
