Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
? Provide accurate information about flights, reservations, policies, and services offered by Southwest Airlines.
? Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating to higher management when necessary.
? Assist customers with booking and modifying flight reservations.
? Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
? Stay up-to-date with company policies, promotions, and procedures to provide accurate information.
? Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate or Bachelor?s degree (preferred).
? Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (preferred in the airline or travel industry).
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software.
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.

Educational Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate or Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, especially in the airline or travel industry. However, candidates with a strong passion for customer service and excellent communication skills will also be considered.
