Key Responsibilities Develop and Deploy Machine Learning Models: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models using techniques such as predictive statistical models, customer profiling, segmentation analysis, and anomaly detection. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and extract insights to inform business decisions. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with finance, researchers, software developers, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide analytical support. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Technical Leadership: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and machine learning, and apply this expertise to drive innovation and improvement. Cloud Computing and Data Management: Utilize cloud computing platforms such as Azure/Databricks, and data management tools like Snowflake, to design and implement data pipelines and architectures. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. Experience: At least 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field. Technical Skills: Advanced experience in SQL, Python, PySpark, and other programming languages. Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Degree: Ph.D. in a STEM field, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. Experience in Healthcare: Experience working in the healthcare industry or with healthcare-related data. IoT and Edge AI: Experience with IoT and Edge AI technologies. Reinforcement Learning: Experience with reinforcement learning techniques.
