As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in establishing and developing a vibrant pipeline of B2B customers and strategic partnerships, enabling us to achieve our mission of providing personalized learning experiences to students across the USA. About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned business development professional with a passion for education and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for: Leading the development of our B2B sales strategy and pipeline, with a focus on large school districts and education/edtech companies Building and managing a team of Account Executives to achieve sales objectives and expand our distribution channels Identifying and executing strategic nationwide partnerships to broaden our reach and drive market share Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive sales and marketing strategies Providing direction and guidance to the Account Executive team, using data to inform action plans and drive results What We Offer: In return for your expertise and passion, we offer a competitive salary range of $155,388.00 to $265,303.00, eligibility for bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA, with occasional travel required (up to 30%).
