The Customer Experience (CXE) Acquisition Team is looking for a customer-obsessed Amazon Connect sales specialist with a strong track record of delivering results and proven sales experience to own a sales opportunity through the sales stages. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and delivering on new customer's adoption of Amazon's Connect service. The CXE Customer Acquisition organization is responsible for leading the sales efforts for new customers looking to build their Call Center experience on AWS technologies. We are focused on working backwards from the customer's business objectives, and building a solution based approach to earn customer trust. Key job responsibilities  Articulate a compelling value proposition for the Amazon Connect Service  Develop executive relationships with AWS customers and create strategic value by introducing and evangelizing the Connect service  Provide subject matter expertise to advance sales opportunities through the sales cycle.  Initiate Immersion Days and POCs with technical account team members to demonstrate the value and capabilities of the AWS cloud to prospective customers  Research and identify new opportunities for AWS to innovate on behalf of our customers.  Collaborate with account team to provide customers with credit programs and assessment recommendations based on their business objectives and solution structure  Communicate lessons learned, service recommendations and best practices to Connect leadership and service team members to continuously improve service and program offerings in alignment with customer requirements  Meet and exceed sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis  Travel approximately 10 - 15% A day in the life Here at AWS, it's in our nature to learn and be curious. The base pay for this position ranges from $73,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market.
