We are looking for goal-oriented team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Inside Sales Representative, ISR, is responsible for customer relationship building to convert sales. The ISR will establish timely contact with qualified leads, educate customers and proactively manage their pipeline to generate new business from both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will manage high production volume with focus and effectiveness to win over customers with charisma, intelligence and knowledge of home repairs, renovations and maintenance. High performers will be offered opportunities to develop as a licensed real estate salesperson after successful completion of one year of employment and compensated with an uncapped commission structure for exceeding targets.
