Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Promote sales to direct consumers by initiating webchat interactions, acting on leads, and presenting Norwegian Cruise Line products to meet customer needs and exceed revenue goals. Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and making travel recommendations. Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers, maintaining a prospect list/contact database to identify client travel trends and promote Norwegian Cruise Line products. Acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge to articulate cruise product features, benefits, pricing, and make recommendations to clients. Participate in daily team meetings, sales training, and department-approved mass email campaigns to ensure accurate information is communicated to direct consumers. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years of sales experience preferred, with cruise sales experience a plus. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with direct guests and internal teams. Strong working knowledge of Norwegian Cruise Line's products, including current fleet and ship itineraries. Ability to multi-task and work in a high-energy sales environment that is goal/quota-driven. What We Offer: Competitive salary ($24,960+) and commission pay, with average annual earnings of $55-60k.
