Position Summary: We are seeking dedicated and licensed Telesales Agents to field inbound calls from Medicare prospects, build a sales pipeline, and convert those prospects into new sales. In this role, you will be responsible for answering Medicare-related questions and ensuring that all calls comply with CMS-mandated requirements. You will work closely with prospects to sell Medicare Part C, Part D, Medicare Supplement, and ancillary healthcare products. The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM ET, with flexibility to work Saturdays and until 8 PM ET on a rotational basis with prior notice. Key Responsibilities: Field inbound calls from Medicare prospects, providing them with relevant information and guiding them through the sales process. Make outbound calls to Medicare prospects using a dialer, actively engaging them to offer Medicare products. Sell Medicare Part C, Part D, Medicare Supplement, and ancillary healthcare products. Answer Medicare-related questions and ensure compliance with CMS regulations during phone calls. Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales goals. Document call information and track sales activities in CRM software. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all communications. Qualifications: Valid license to sell health care plans. At least 1 year of experience selling in a call center environment OR a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business-to-Consumer (B2C) selling, either face-to-face or over the phone, can be used as a substitute for call center experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and management. Proven ability to resolve difficult situations independently, demonstrating a take-charge attitude. Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office software.
