About the Role: We're looking for Outbound Sales Development Representatives who are eager to build their sales careers at a startup that offers fast-paced growth. How you'll make an impact as a Sales Development Representative: Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities Make strategic outbound calls & emails daily Master the ability to tell the Limble story Align Limble solutions with prospect's business objectives & needs Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations Proactively keep knowledgeable of our industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, the web, and other sources Ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled and deals closed Requirements: Previous sales experience Account mining experience Motivated to help the sales organization and company grow Ability to apply critical thinking skills Coachable Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn Benefits: OTE: $70k - 80k Fully remote position Stock options Flexible PTO 11 paid company holidays Paid parental leave Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Employer paid Basic Life insurance and Short-Term Disability insurance Company contribution match for HSA and 401(k) Pet insurance At Limble we are solution-oriented and customer-obsessed.
