About the team : Drives and Grows the Revenue for one's portfolio of accounts in the region, through various payment and merchant services. About the role : To be a part of an enterprise team, one should be dealing with the enterprise accounts, managing the existing portfolios and cross selling. Role & Responsibilities : 1. Drive business in the designated territory, by selling Paytm payment solutions (Standalone & Integrated) in the organized segment – EDC, BPOS, EMI,segments. 2. Acquire and manage multiple merchants and handle promoters. 3. Identify, develop, pitch and execute quick closure of deals. 4. Ensuring a healthy funnel for the business at any point of time 5. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. 6. Build, manage and scale a funnel/pipeline MOM. 7. Market Visits as per the beat plan. Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role : 1. 2-7 years of on-field sales & business development experience 2. Enterprise B2B sales with historical success on closing deals with mid-market and large corporate clients 3. Ads sales background or loyalty sales or EDC/POS sales experience preferred Competencies & Skills: 1. Strong sales skillset and ability to deliver targets month-on-month 2. Exceptional ownership and ability to navigate challenges
