We’re Hiring a Marketing Data Architect / Scientist! You won’t just be analyzing numbers—you’ll be the data cornerstone of our digital transformation, building the infrastructure and models that power our internal products. Requirements • Architect the Ecosystem: Design, build, and maintain a scalable data architecture that unifies disparate marketing data sources like web analytics, CRM, and ad platforms. • Engineer Robust Pipelines: Develop and manage reliable ETL/ELT pipelines and optimize a central data warehouse (likely Google Cloud Platform) as our single source of truth. • Deploy Intelligent Models: Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve marketing challenges, such as churn prediction, lead scoring, and channel attribution. • Bridge the Gap: Act as the key translator, turning complex raw data into actionable insights for business stakeholders. • Lead Data Strategy: Establish data governance standards, select the technology stack, and mentor team members on data literacy and ethical AI use. • Collaborate in Cycles: Work as a strategic partner to our product trio (Manager, Designer, Developer) in weekly cycles to define analytics goals and validate product development.
