Accurately and efficiently process medical billing for our clients in the healthcare industry. Respond to incoming calls and emails from healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients regarding billing inquiries. Resolve billing discrepancies and issues in a timely and professional manner. Educate clients on billing processes and procedures. Maintain accurate and organized records of billing transactions. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company. Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of healthcare industry and billing practices. Work efficiently in a remote setting and utilize technology to communicate and complete tasks. Keep up-to-date with changes and updates in the healthcare industry and billing regulations. Provide exceptional support to clients and team members.
