Medical Device and Digital Health Lawyer

We are currently seeking Medical Device and Digital Health Lawyers for a variety of healthcare clients. Responsibilities: • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on data privacy and security, telemedicine, mobile health applications, electronic health records, artificial intelligence, and medical device regulations. • Assess and monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to digital health operations. • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal requirements and best practices. • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and licenses related to digital health products and services. • Ensure contracts are in compliance with applicable laws and protect the interests of the clients. Minimum Qualifications: • Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in healthcare law, technology law, or a related field. • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH Act, FDA regulations) and technology-related laws (e.g., data protection, cybersecurity, telecommunication laws). • Strong understanding of digital health technologies, including electronic health records, telemedicine platforms, wearables, and health applications. • Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and review related to technology and healthcare. Compensation, Benefits & Location: This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $150,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more.
