Online ESL Teacher

Job description: Job Overview We are currently looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as English Reading and Writing Online Teachers. Our mission is to provide high-quality English literacy education to students aged 5 to 17 years old, helping them build strong reading and writing skills through engaging, interactive, and well-structured online lessons. Job Duties: • Lead online classes in English reading and writing, ESL, and language test preparation • Ensure the delivery of high-quality educational content • Develop and deliver a compelling curriculum tailored to students' needs • Collaborate with the education team to monitor student attendance • Maintain regular communication with the academic director Job Qualifications: • Familiarity with Common Core materials in Reading and Writing • Minimum 2-year experience in online teaching • Teacher certifications are a plus • Ability to maintain a professional teaching demeanor and effectively manage student behavior • Capacity to handle classes with 1-5 students • Proficiency in using online video platforms such as Classin and Zoom • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Childhood Education, Child Development, or Education Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected Hours: 10 – 30 per week Education: Bachelor's degree required Job Types: Part-time, Contract Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week Schedule: • After school Application Question(s): • Are you available between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m. EST on weekdays?
