Position: Operations & Customer Relations Specialist (Fully Remote) We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Relations Specialist to manage day-to-day communication between customers, fulfillment warehouses, and internal teams. This is a fully remote position that plays a critical role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment and an excellent customer experience across major online marketplaces. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, fulfillment warehouses, and internal operations • Monitor and manage orders, shipments, returns, and refunds • Coordinate with warehouses to resolve fulfillment issues (delays, missing items, damaged products) • Respond to customer inquiries professionally via email and marketplace messaging systems • Track shipments and proactively address delivery issues • Handle customer feedback, escalations, and claims in a calm and solution-oriented manner • Maintain accurate records of cases, resolutions, and operational activities • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors Requirements • Experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, fulfillment, or customer support (preferred) • Strong written communication skills in English • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Comfortable working with order management systems and spreadsheets • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Knowledge of the e-commerce industry is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred What We Offer • 100% remote position • Stable, long-term opportunity • Clear processes and structured workflows • Supportive and growing team environment • Growth potential as the company continues to scale How to Apply • Please apply via LinkedIn with your resume and a brief message outlining your relevant experience.
