About the Role: Remote Data Entry Clerk (Part-Time) We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry Clerk (Remote Typist) on a part-time basis. This work-from-home position offers the flexibility to contribute to our team remotely while making a tangible impact on our mission. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our database systems, enabling us to make informed decisions and drive our campaigns forward. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update data in blithequark's database systems, ensuring that all information is current and precise. Ensure data accuracy and completeness prior to database entry, adhering to our high standards of quality and attention to detail. Conduct regular quality checks to maintain data accuracy and consistency, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or errors. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure precise data management, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance our data-driven initiatives. Assist with additional clerical tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team in various capacities. Job Requirements Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundation for further development and growth. Demonstrated experience in a data entry role or similar position, showcasing your ability to accurately and efficiently manage data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, enabling you to navigate our systems with ease. Capable of typing at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy, ensuring that you can meet our productivity standards. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines, demonstrating your commitment to delivering high-quality results. Strong communication skills and teamwork ability, facilitating effective collaboration with our team members. Preferred Qualifications Experience in accounts payable processing, providing an added advantage in managing financial data and transactions.
