Our client, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a Pharmacy Call Center Reps (Remote) to join their dedicated team. As a Pharmacy Call Center Rep (Remote), you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting patient interactions and pharmacy support services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Pharmacy Call Center Rep (Remote) Location: Remote Pay Rate: $18.00 What's the Job? • Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email regarding prescriptions, refills, billing, and delivery. • Resolve pharmacy-related issues efficiently and professionally. • Accurately document and enter data into the system. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards. • Meet and exceed performance and quality standards consistently.
