Real Estate Sales and Disposition Manager

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales and Disposition Manager to lead our property sales and disposition efforts. This role involves overseeing the sale of real estate assets, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation, marketing, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of property management, real estate law, and administrative processes. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are considered a significant advantage to serve diverse client needs effectively. Duties • Lead the sales and disposition of real estate properties, ensuring maximum value is achieved through strategic marketing and negotiation. • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote properties across various channels, including digital platforms and traditional advertising. • Manage client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the buying or selling process, and addressing inquiries promptly. • Conduct property evaluations, market analysis, and pricing strategies aligned with current market trends. • Ensure all transactions comply with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant legal requirements. • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and negotiations between buyers and sellers. • Oversee property management tasks related to sales processes, including documentation, contracts, and legal compliance. • Maintain organized records of all transactions, communications, and administrative documentation related to property sales. • Collaborate with internal teams such as legal advisors, marketing staff, and administrative personnel to streamline operations. Requirements • Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or related administrative roles within the real estate industry. • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively. • Excellent marketing abilities to promote properties successfully across multiple channels. • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse clients effectively. • Exceptional communication skills to interact confidently with clients, team members, and external partners. • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law to ensure compliance in all transactions. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional approach to client interactions. • Familiarity with property management systems and real estate administrative processes is preferred.
