Overview As part of the Corporate Benefits team you will assist with day-to-day administration and compliance of employee benefit plans including: Health/Welfare, Life Insurance and Voluntary Benefits. Position will include responsibilities in the following areas: plan administration, benefit plan accounting, employee support, compliance, document management, and project work. Please note additional position details: • This is a temporary position that is estimated to go for 6 - 7 months. There may be an opportunity to convert into a full-time employee. • The position is fully remote with a preference to work Central Standard Time day shift hours, Mon - Fri. We will provide the equipment as long as you have your own high speed internet. • Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in benefits who can support various part of our corporate benefits team. How you ll make an impact • Respond to incoming calls and emails from employees regarding employee benefits education and enrollment. • Provide detailed information and guidance on various employee benefits plans, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other ancillary benefits. • Assist employees with enrollment processes and benefit plan changes. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all employee interactions and transactions in an Oracle-based inquiry management system. • Collaborate with internal Corporate Benefits team to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction. • Educate employees on available resources and tools to support decision-making for and effective utilization of benefit plan options. • Stay informed about company policies and processes related to employee benefits. • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance knowledge and skills. About You • Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and related regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably within the insurance or employee benefits industry preferred • Proficient in M365; Oracle-based inquiry management system knowledge preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. #LI-MS2 Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
