Remote Mental Health Therapists - Associate Needed (IL, TX)

Job Description: DirectShifts is seeking licensed therapists to provide virtual behavioral therapy to children, teens, and young adults in need of care. We connect families with skilled professionals to address conditions such as ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma, as well as other personal challenges. Join us in delivering personalized, effective care that helps young individuals build resilience and achieve life-changing milestones. What You’ll Do: • Provide 100% remote therapy to children (ages 4+), teens, young adults, and their families. • Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT and other modalities via telehealth. • Adjust treatment plans based on client progress and evolving needs. • Collaborate with our clinical team—including psychologists, LCSWs, LMHCs, and LMFTs • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Emora’s policies. • Contribute feedback to improve clinical protocols and client experience. Qualifications: • Associate Counselor or Therapist License, such as: Associate Licensed Professional Counselor (ALPC), Associate Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (ALMFT), or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) • At least 4 month to 6 months of experience providing therapy to children 4+ and their families • Currently accruing supervised clinical hours toward full licensure • Experience providing therapy to children, teens, or families • Familiarity with telehealth delivery and evidence-based methods like CBT. • Comfort working collaboratively under supervision with licensed professionals. • Enjoys working as part of a multi-disciplinary team • Spanish bilingual is a plus Additional Details: • Flexible schedule - Choose your own hours • You'll get consistent clinical support from a licensed supervisor who meets your states requirements. • 10 – 40 hours per week • Pay Rate: $30/hr to $40/hr DirectShifts is an Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
