Ensure accurate and timely billing of premium payments for customers. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement efficient billing processes. Review and analyze customer accounts to identify any billing discrepancies or issues. Communicate with customers to resolve billing inquiries and concerns. Maintain accurate and organized records of billing transactions. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding billing. Continuously monitor and improve billing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of billing processes. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and concerns. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in billing regulations. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills. Utilize analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in billing data. Work independently and manage workload to meet deadlines. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
