LouisaRidge is looking for a proactive and resourceful Remote Support Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for troubleshooting a wide range of issues, guiding clients through solutions over the phone or via online platforms, and ensuring their experience with our services is seamless and satisfying. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a patient demeanor, as you will deal with clients who may be experiencing frustration related to technical issues. Responsibilities • Provide timely and effective remote troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat. • Identify and resolve technical issues regarding software, hardware, and connectivity. • Document all client interactions and resolutions in our support ticketing system. • Keep up to date with product knowledge and updates to ensure accurate client support. • Work collaboratively with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. • Assist in the development of support documentation and resource materials to improve user experience. • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Information Technology or a related field is a plus. • Prior experience in technical support or customer service role is essential. • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and troubleshooting methodologies. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools is preferred. • Customer-oriented attitude and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) • Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Apply tot his job
