Salesforce Sales Operations Consultant | Cumulus Vision | Remote (United States)

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Consultant with deep expertise in Salesforce and a strong background in supporting sales teams through operational excellence. This role requires hands-on experience with various sales operations tools, including Zoominfo, Outreach, Apollo, Chili Piper, Clari, and Salesforce CPQ. The ideal candidate will be adept at forecasting, creating reports and dashboards, and driving sales analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Salesforce Management: Maintain and optimize the Salesforce environment, including user management, data integrity, and system configuration. • Tool Integration: Manage and optimize the integration and utilization of key sales tools such as Zoominfo, Outreach, Apollo, Chili Piper, and Clari, ensuring seamless operation with Salesforce. • CPQ Expertise: Provide support for Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), including configuration, pricing rules, product bundles, and quote templates. • Forecasting: Collaborate with sales leadership to refine and manage sales forecasting processes, leveraging Clari and Salesforce to ensure accurate and timely predictions. • Reporting & Analytics: Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide actionable insights into sales performance, pipeline management, and key metrics. • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness. Propose and implement enhancements in Salesforce and associated tools. • Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to sales teams to ensure they are maximizing the potential of the tools and processes at their disposal. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment and support for the sales organization. Qualifications: • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce administration and optimization. • Salesforce Skills: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, including custom object creation, workflow automation, and complex reporting. Salesforce CPQ experience is required. • Tool Proficiency: Proven experience with Zoominfo, Outreach, Apollo, Chili Piper, Clari, and other sales operations tools. Experience with additional tools like LeanData, Salesloft, and Gong is a plus. • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data, create meaningful reports and dashboards, and derive actionable insights to support sales strategy. • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and support sales teams. • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions. • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce CPQ Specialist certifications are preferred.
