Job Summary As a Senior Network Engineer with Workwarp, you'll be responsible for implementing equipment installation plans, maintaining network components, and troubleshooting issues to ensure effective communication systems. You'll monitor and maintain our corporate network and voice components, ensuring all equipment meets corporate and industry standards. As a technical leader, you'll collaborate on complex infrastructure projects, analyze system issues, and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including Cisco products and cloud technologies Monitor and troubleshoot network and voice-related incidents, providing remediation plans and ensuring operational continuity Collaborate with third-party support and service vendors to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution Evaluate new networking technologies and strategies, recommending implementation plans and best practices Participate in project planning and delivery activities, managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering on time and on budget Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles Maintain and update network documentation, ensuring accurate records and compliance with industry standards Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience in traditional WAN and LAN using Cisco products (routing, switching, wireless) and protocols Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and QoS 3-5 years of experience with SD-WAN technologies Familiarity with Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, and GlobalProtect VPN client Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.) Excellent customer service skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems Ability and motivation to learn new technologies quickly Strong mentorship and communication abilities Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant professional certifications (Cisco, Palo Alto, F5) Experience in a complex, distributed, multi-OS environment Knowledge of monitoring software (e.g., Nagios) and load balancing technologies (F5 products) Career Growth and Development Opportunities At Workwarp, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
